Finally, a big burden had been lifted from our shoulders! Christianity Today (CT) magazine declared that Donald Trump, who got elected by most white evangelicals, “should be removed from office.” As evangelical Christians working side-by-side in doing justice and peace advocacies with Muslims, Indigenous Peoples, Mainline Protestants, Catholics, and non religious people, we have been embarrassed by the actions of American evangelicals who have been blindly supporting Trump.

HELP! WE, AND OUR PARTNERS, ARE EXPERIENCING A SERIES OF POWERFUL EARTHQUAKES.
We need help! We’ve been experiencing a series of earthquakes. Magnitude 6.3 last 16 October. Magnitude 6.6 last 29 October. Magnitude 6.5 last 31 October. 22 people died. 420 were injured. The earthquakes were tectonic, not volcanic — we’re not worried about Mt. Apo erupting. There have been no tsunami threat — the epicenter is inland. The series of earthquake occurrences, according to experts, are being caused by interacting faults, adjusting to each other’s movements.

And according to an international sustainability awards organization, we demonstrate in the Philippines how a sustainable business benefits companies, the environment, and all stakeholders. Here’s our reflection on why and how these awards were won.
